You have a 30-minute window after job completion to raise a concern. Do not release payment. Contact RESIDIA support via WhatsApp and we will review the photo evidence and resolve within 24 hours. Your money does not move until you say so.
Do I pay anything upfront?
Zero. Not one peso before the job starts. GCash or Maya is released only after you confirm the job is complete and you are satisfied. This is non-negotiable at RESIDIA — no exceptions.
How do I know the provider is trustworthy?
Every RESIDIA provider passes background verification, standards testing, and identity checks before they are listed. You can view their full profile, rating, and job history before confirming a booking.
How do I book a service?
Message us on WhatsApp at +63 960 216 0260, email admin@residia.ph, or reach our support team at support@residia.ph. The RESIDIA app is coming soon on iOS and Android. Until then, our team handles your booking directly and dispatches a verified provider to you.
Can I book a service for my family at home even if I am abroad?
Yes. This is exactly what RESIDIA is built for. You book from your phone wherever you are in the world. You monitor the job through photo updates in real time. You release payment only when you are satisfied. Your family does not need to handle the money at all.
What if there is a problem and I cannot call the provider directly?
You never need to contact the provider directly. All concerns go through RESIDIA. Our Customer Experience team handles disputes on your behalf using the photo record tied to every booking. You are protected even from thousands of miles away.
How does payment work if I am paying from abroad?
Payment is via GCash or Maya — Philippine accounts only. You can load your GCash from abroad through international remittance partners. Your family member can also hold the GCash and you confirm the release. We will walk you through the setup on your first booking.
When do I get paid?
Immediately after the client confirms job completion. GCash goes directly to your registered account. No waiting days, no invoicing, no chasing. The money moves the moment the client approves — minus the platform commission of 10% (8% for Elite providers).
What does RESIDIA take as commission?
Standard providers pay 10% per completed job. Elite providers — those with 250 or more completed jobs and a 4.8 rating or higher — pay 8%. There are no monthly fees, no registration costs, and no hidden deductions.
How do I join as a provider?
Email sales@residia.ph or message us on WhatsApp. Our Provider Relations Manager Jhude Minoza will guide you through verification — ID, background check, and skills assessment. Once approved, you start receiving bookings directly.
What happens if a client disputes a job?
RESIDIA reviews the photo checklist you submitted during the job. If your work meets the agreed standard, you are protected. The photo record is your evidence and your protection. Providers who follow the checklist properly are never left without payment.
